HLM Medical Management Firm was founded by Heidi Medcalf, PA-C, a practicing Physician Associate who understands the difference between reviewing a résumé and truly understanding the clinician behind it.
Heidi is a board-certified Physician Associate with more than 22 years of clinical experience and extensive experience across clinical medicine, healthcare leadership, medical aesthetics, provider education, and healthcare business development.
She founded HLM Medical Management Firm in 2011 after recognizing that healthcare organizations needed a more clinically informed approach to recruiting healthcare professionals.
Her clinical background allows HLM to approach healthcare recruitment from a perspective traditional recruiters often cannot: understanding how a healthcare professional will actually function within the clinical environment.
